Using MusVideo
These terms apply to MusVideo, operated by Beijing Youge Network Technology Co., Ltd., and cover our mobile app and website. You must be at least 13, meet applicable local age requirements and have permission from a parent or guardian when required. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information.
Your content and AI results
You retain the rights you have in content you upload. You give MusVideo and its processors permission to host, process and transform that content to provide the features you request. Only upload or import music, images, video, lyrics and likenesses that you own or have permission to use. A public link is not proof of a license.
AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent or similar to other output. Review the result before use. Availability of commercial rights depends on the rights in your inputs, the selected model’s terms and applicable law; MusVideo does not guarantee copyright, exclusivity or clearance of third-party rights.
Do not create unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonations, harassment, or content that infringes privacy, copyright or other rights. We may restrict content or accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and credit packs
The price, billing period and included credits shown at checkout control your purchase. Basic monthly includes 2,000 credits per month and Pro monthly includes 4,000. Basic annual includes 12,000 credits each month and Pro annual includes 20,000 each month during the paid annual term. Annual plans are billed once per year; credits are issued monthly, not all at once.
One-time Starter and Pro packs include 3,000 and 9,000 credits respectively. Purchased credits do not expire while the account remains open, subject to refunds, reversals, fraud prevention and applicable law. Each generation shows its credit cost before confirmation. Already consumed services cannot be undone by signing out.
Mobile purchases are processed by Apple or Google through RevenueCat; website purchases use Stripe. Store currency, taxes and permitted price tiers may cause mobile prices to differ slightly from the website. Any advertised cost-per-credit reduction compares the stated plans and allowances, not a reduction in the annual amount you pay.
Renewal, cancellation, restoration and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the original store before renewal. For Apple subscriptions, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation and the account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Canceling renewal does not remove the remainder of an already paid term.
Restore purchases checks eligible store entitlements linked to your MusVideo purchase account. Consumable credit packs are not issued a second time by restoring. A refund or reversal may remove the related credits and offset future allocations when refunded credits were already spent.
Apple and Google handle refund requests for their purchases under their policies. Contact support for website purchase questions. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Test or sandbox purchases do not grant credits to your production balance.
Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains selected-media processing, AI providers, purchase information and your choices. In the app, You → Privacy & AI lets you withdraw permission for new AI requests.
You can request account deletion inside the app after verifying your identity. App and website access use a shared account, so deletion affects both. Export work you want to keep first. Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions; cancel them separately with the original billing provider.
Service operation and responsibility
We work to maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular creative result. Processing times vary by model, queue and media length. If a request fails, the credit result depends on its recorded server status; contact support with your project details when it appears incorrect.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and we are not responsible for indirect losses or misuse of generated content. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms; material changes will be disclosed when required.
