MusVideo is operated by Beijing Youge Network Technology Co., Ltd. This policy covers the MusVideo mobile app and musvideo.ai. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions and requests.
Information we use
Account information includes your email, name, account identifier and the Apple or Google sign-in identifier when you use that sign-in method. Email passwords are stored as hashes. Apple authorization tokens needed to revoke access are encrypted. The mobile app offers Apple and email sign-in; available website sign-in methods may differ.
When you create a video, we receive the audio, artist photos, reference images, imported links, prompts, lyrics, project settings and generated results you choose to provide. System pickers give the app access to your selected files; the app does not upload your entire photo or music library.
We keep credit movements, subscription status and transaction identifiers to deliver purchases and prevent duplicate grants. Apple or Google handles mobile payment details, and Stripe handles website checkout. MusVideo does not receive your full card number.
Our servers process request logs, IP addresses, sign-in activity, technical errors and generation status to operate the service, prevent abuse and resolve problems. Website cookies and attribution information may support website sessions and campaign measurement. The native app does not include advertising SDKs or request the advertising identifier.
AI processing and your choice
Before the app sends your selected media or prompts for analysis or generation, it asks for explicit permission. You may decline and browse the app, or withdraw permission in You → Privacy & AI. Withdrawal stops new AI requests; it does not cancel processing already requested.
Depending on the chosen model and service configuration, media and prompts are sent to KIE.AI, OpenRouter or EvoLink and the model providers they route requests to, such as Google, for music analysis, creative suggestions, images and video. The permission screen lists these services and why they receive data. Shotstack receives music, clips and captions to render your final video. Cloudflare and our hosting providers store and deliver files and operate the service.
Only provide music, images and likenesses you have permission to use. Reference photos are used to guide generation, not to identify you. Avoid including sensitive information in prompts or media. Provider processing, retention and any model-training practices are governed by their policies; we do not promise zero retention by every provider.

Purchases and service providers
RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous MusVideo purchase-account ID and store purchase history to validate receipts, restore entitlements, handle refunds and provide purchase analytics. We do not send your email, artist photos or music to RevenueCat. Sandbox purchases use separate test credits and projects.
We share information with service providers as needed to operate MusVideo, comply with lawful requests and protect the service. We do not sell personal information or use the native app’s data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising. Data may be processed outside your country, subject to applicable protections.
Retention and account deletion
Your account and saved projects remain available while you use the service. In the app, choose You → Delete account, review the consequences and verify your identity. Because the app and website share a user account, deletion closes that account on both. You may also request access, correction, export or deletion through [email protected].
Account access is disabled and identifying profile information and project records are removed when deletion is accepted. Media cleanup and authorization revocation are queued for completion within 30 days; legacy files may require an ownership check. We retain limited transaction and fraud-prevention records where needed for legal, accounting or dispute obligations, with access restricted. Backups and provider-held copies follow their retention schedules and are not used to restore an active account.
Deleting your MusVideo account does not cancel an Apple, Google or website subscription. Cancel it in the store where you subscribed. Copies you exported, shared publicly or gave to others cannot be recalled by deleting your account.
Your rights and security
You can access your profile, manage subscriptions, withdraw AI permission and request deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection or a complaint to a privacy regulator. Contact [email protected]; we may verify identity before acting.
We use HTTPS, access controls and protected credentials to reduce risk. No system can guarantee absolute security. MusVideo is not directed to children under 13; users must also meet applicable local age requirements. Contact us if a child has provided personal information. Material policy changes will be reflected here and, where needed, presented in the app.
